Team collections and shares
A collection is created in the team or in your personal space, and a personal collection can move to the team. A member can have the team pay for their personal account: they then get a share of space and credits, set by the lead; whatever isn’t handed out pays for the team collections.

The account takes a minute to open, a hundred pages free for a year.
Does the account need a minimum volume to open?
The Laboratory starts at two accounts, at €300 incl. VAT per account per year; each account brings 40,000 pages and 80,000 credits a year to the team. On their own, everyone takes Essential, Standard or Expert.
How is the invoice settled?
The order is paid online, by card or bank transfer; the institution, billing address and purchase order number are entered when ordering and appear on the invoice. The simulator on the pricing page produces the PDF quotation you need to obtain the purchase order.

What about a one-off digitisation campaign?
That’s the Funded project plan: from €990 incl. VAT for 100,000 pages over 3 years, paid in one go or yearly, with unlimited members and 20 guests. You set it up in the simulator, which gives you the quotation for the purchase order.
