By bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on a secure payment page; no card is kept on file. A lab or a funded project can also pay by bank transfer: the bank details appear when you order, and the transfer is expected within 30 days. Every payment comes with an invoice, which you download from your Account page.

Nothing is charged automatically: we write to you 30 days and then 7 days before your renewal date, and you renew from your account. The new year starts from that date, and unused credits carry over to the next year, up to one year’s worth of your plan’s credits. If you don’t renew, uploading stops; you can still export your collections in open formats, and an email warns you before anything is deleted.

Space is the number of pages your account keeps, read and searchable, for as long as your subscription runs. Credits pay for the reading: 2 credits for a simple page, 10 at maximum quality, 1 more per translation language. Each plan brings its space, and its credits every year.

Space full: uploading stops, nothing is deleted, and you add space or move to a bigger plan. Credits used up: uploaded pages wait in the queue and start again on their own as soon as you add credits. Nothing is ever charged without your say-so.

A pack adds credits, from 5,000 for €24.99 incl. VAT to 80,000 for €264.99 incl. VAT; you buy it alongside a running subscription, it never expires and it is used after the year’s credits. The extension adds space: 10,000 pages for €10 incl. VAT a year, stackable, charged pro rata until your renewal date, then included in your renewal.

Yes, to a bigger plan: you pay the price difference pro rata for the days left and receive the difference in credits on the same basis; your renewal date stays put. In the 30 days before that date, the change becomes a renewal: a new year at full price, starting from the renewal date. A smaller plan is taken at renewal, if your pages fit in it.

Yes. An individual licence (Essential, Standard, Expert) lets you invite up to 4 people as readers: they read, search and export, without changing anything. To upload as a group, take a Laboratory or a Funded project.

The lead orders 2 to 10 accounts, at €300 incl. VAT per account per year; beyond that, on quotation. Each account brings the team 40,000 pages, 80,000 credits a year, one seat for a member who uploads (the lead included) and 3 guests who read. Team collections are shared by everyone; the lead hands out space and credit shares to the members whose account the team pays for, and can add packs and space for the team.

You set it up in the simulator: total pages (100,000 to 2,000,000), a duration of 1 to 10 years, the share of manuscripts and of translation; the PDF quotation downloads straight away for your purchase order, with the price guaranteed for a quotation signed within 3 months. The order is paid by card or bank transfer, in one go or yearly, and the team opens as soon as payment arrives. Unlimited members, 20 guests who read, and shares handed out by the lead, as in the Laboratory.

It’s your choice. If the team pays for your personal account, your licence is frozen: the days left, your credits and your packs are set aside, and your uploads are paid from your share. When you leave, everything comes back to you as it was. Otherwise, you are a member and keep paying for your own account.

The lead can raise it. You can also top it up in your own name: blocks of 10,000 pages at €10 incl. VAT a year, pro rata until the team’s renewal date, and credit packs. This top-up stays yours if you leave the team.

Your personal account is yours again: your frozen licence resumes, with its days and credits; the team’s credits don’t follow you, and team collections stay with the team. If your pages then exceed your account’s space, you have 90 days to take a plan, add space or free some up. After that, the pages uploaded last, beyond your space, go to the bin.

VAT does not apply (art. 293 B of the French tax code): one single price for everyone, individuals, labs and projects. The price shown is the price you pay, and the invoice carries the same amount.

A consumer has fourteen days to withdraw, by emailing info@wondarchive.com. Pages transcribed during that period at their express request remain due; the rest is refunded within the legal time limits. The details are in our terms of sale.
