How do you handle the thousands of photos of a PhD?

Do you need everything photographed before reading can start?

No: each deposited folder is read by the next day, and search covers everything already transcribed.

How do you cite a page in the thesis?

With the fonds, shelfmark and folio of the page; the guide spells out the form, pending the automatic citation in the works.

Can the account stay inactive after the thesis?

Yes, without loss: once the subscription stops, reading and uploading are suspended but full export stays possible; one month after the expiry date, the pages are erased, the account stays, and emails warn you beforehand.

Which plan for a corpus of a few thousand pages?

Essential at €39.99 incl. VAT (5,000 credits a year), Standard at €69.99 incl. VAT (10,000) or Expert at €99.99 incl. VAT (20,000), depending on the corpus’s real size: 2 credits for a transcribed page, 3 for a translated page.
